Hey team,
I've decided to move forward with an availability request for just the next two months, September and October. That way, when we do availability for winter, we'll get through Christmas and New Years without having to worry about scheduling. So for now, let's schedule September and October, then in early October, you'll receive an availability request for November, December, and January 2013. Sound good?
Please keep in mind:
- If you are a vocalist, when you make yourself available for a service, you need to be available the Thursday evening before for rehearsal and Sunday morning for a run through and both services.
- If you are an instrumentalist, or a vocalist & instrumentalist, you are making yourself available for a Saturday afternoon rehearsal and Sunday morning for a run through and both services.
- You are NOT committing to helping lead Saturday evening & Sunday morning…just Sunday morning. Helping to lead Saturday evenings are still optional.
You can not click on the dates below. They are there to give you copy/paste options in responding to me. I'd like to have this schedule made by the end of next week. So please respond as soon as you can :)
